“我們訂的是湖景含早餐，但分配給我們的房間不在主建築物內，還要請人搬行李至山上的第三住宿區，（走路至少五分鐘至十分鐘），而且有樓梯要自己爬，相當辛苦，且房間內浴室內並無設置安全扶手，且有一間房都無浴缸，無法泡澡，雖有陽台可欣賞湖光山色，美中不足”

“From beginning to end everything was perfect, such a relaxing place. Smooth check in check out, staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen and everything had to offer. Beautiful views and walking path from the room to around the lake. ”

“Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect.”

We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. The kids are so happy staying at this place. ”
