Owner lives UPSTAIRS from unit to be rented!!!
This owner described the property as 2 bedrooms. There is a "master bedroom" - the ONLY true bedroom in the place. The other "bedroom" is an area BETWEEN the "living area (a couch, a fireplace and a TV mounted on the wall) and the "full"?? kitchen - a full=sized stove/oven, a counter with a bar sink, apartment sized refrigerator and about 2 feet of counter space. The "bedroom" area consists of a full-sized day bed with a twin-sized trundle under it and another couch. There are NOT two bedrooms!!!! In a current advertisement, the owner says there are 12, yes, TWELVE BEDS!! There may be 9 beds upstairs where SHE LIVES< but the "rental" area has 3 beds - a full-sized bed in the TRUE bedroom, a full-sized day bed with the twin bed under it! This unit was FAR from as described!!! The owner does provide a nice breakfast, as long as you put your "order" under her glass door by 7 PM the night before you want it.
