“The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering. ”

“We decided to book because we were on 4 days no power. It was clean, warm, and worked for what we needed. Staff was great for check in and out. Fair price. I read many reviews and was weary but didn’t experience any of the things that were in negative reviews. ”

“I loved that there was a kitchenette. However, I would have preferred if the sheets and towels would have been washed in unscented and/ or all natural detergents. Also we needed a crib and there wasn’t one. ”
