Lake Rosseau, Muskoka Cottage for Rent near Windermere..

2 hour drive from Toronto.
15 minutes from Port Carling and Bracebridge for shopping, groceries etc.
Boat access to Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka
5 minutes from Windermere House Hotel by boat or car for restaurants, marina/boat ramp, tennis, golf course, beach front.etc.
small pets ok, if larger please ask.
cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, and 1 bathroom.
We have onsite:
- wireless internet
- air conditioning
- propane fireplace
- kayak and paddle boat.
- propane BBQ and picnic table near dockside.
- lunch table on dock with sun umbrella
- 30 foot floating dock for boat parking
- large backyard to park your boat trailer.
- 1000 square feet of living quarters.
- Kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots and pans, bbq utensils and drip coffee maker, etc.
Cottage is bright and sunny and faces southwest, has large eat-in kitchen overlooking the lake and dock, large living room with two couches and propane fireplace and air conditioning. Spacious bathroom and cozy bedrooms.
3 bedrooms consist of:
bedroom one has...1 queen bed.
bedroom two has ...1 double bed.
bedroom three has...1 single bed and 1 twin bed.
Please no smoking inside and no loud parties.
There is a three day minimum booking at this property.
Please bring your own bed linens/ towels and bathroom items.(we have lots of pillows and bed comforters on site)
Note:
1) It appears as Utterson, Muskoka on the Map...but its actually located 5 minutes from Windermere
2) The boat and see-doo in the photo do not come with the cottage....but you can rent boats, etc. at the marina.
Please note there are 10 stairs up to the living quarters...
