“Had a really good stay there. All went well. The only problem was finding the place. Took over an hour driving around using Waze. Expedia lists the address as Darom 6, instead of Shammai. And couldn't see any sign. Finally, after asking several bystanders we located it. Need to make a big visible sign that one can see while driving to the site and update your listing on Expedia.”

“I received no communication at all. Was told an email was sent but I didn't receive anything. It is just a small apartment with nothing whatsoever saying its name or address. Was at the supposed location for 3 hours trying to get contact. Hotels. com was eventually being helpful. But found the room myself 200 metres from the map location. Found it by mistake. Wish I hadn't. Worst place I've ever stayed in. Only plus, it's near the tram stop Damascus gate. ”

“This property was amazing! Our group of 11 fit comfortably, had a lovely common area to gather in and space to be quiet and alone...the front patio was pleasant in a quiet neighborhood but just a couple blocks walk from the New Gate in the Old City and only a few more blocks to walk either to Damascus Gate to the East or Jaffa Gate to the southwest. And maybe 6 blocks max to Ben Yehudah Street and about the same to the Artists Colony in the other direction. So accessible! The manager/owner……

“Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. ”

“The location is well accessible to main transport. Around 10 mins walk to Arabic bus terminal (for indirect bussing to Jericho and Bethlehem) and light rail to city centre. Walkable distance to the old city, mount of olive and city of David. You can grab some snack and change of money near the hotel. Always feel safe to walk along the street. The hotel staff members are so friendly and provides good advices about trips. The breakfast is really good, especially the fresh vegetable, mushroom and……
