Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. “Resort is beautiful. As for the condo we had issues that Rental Pros was made aware of. Everyone we spoke to about issues drop the ball. Room smelled pretty bad and we thought there is a no pet policy. Rob the maintenance guy even came up to verify the issue.”

“My family and I had an excellent time at The Suites at Hershey for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities needed. “We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was quiet and clean, and the host was very kind and responsive. The best part was Ranger, the cutest dog ever!
