“The property has been in the owners family since the 1500s. The place was rustic and quaint. Very quiet. It is literally in the middle of the woods. We were there for Ironman race in Lahti, so it was a bit far out for the event. There is limited accommodations in Lahti for an event this size. “Die Unterkunft befindet sich abseits der Straße, erreichbar über eine Gravelroad. Das Häuschen liegt völlig im Ruhigen und Grünen. Wer Ruhe sucht, nur zu empfehlen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leider etwas entfernt und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen. Die Vermieter sind nett und gut per Handy erreichbar. Die unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht, sogar eine Sauna.”

“Clean, spacious apartment for a family of four. Aarni was very accommodating and let us access the apartment early to drop off our luggage before the football game we were attending. Small grocery store right across the street with easy access to bus system and Bolt if you use it. If you run (or cross country ski in the winter) the trails are very close and easy to find. The Olympic Training Center is 7 mins away by car. ”
