“Updated unit with a beautiful view right on the ocean! The elevators were very slow and not something we anticipated but makes sense coming from the 19th floor. Some minor dings in the unit but nothing unbearable. Saving this property for the more visits!! Thank you! ”

“Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. ”

“Loved the location and oceanfront view. We had a couple bumps, but “In and Out Guest Services, Winifred” was excellent and very quick to fix a couple small issues. She was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t need air conditioning until 2 days before we checked out. I believe the owners were unable to get anyone there that quickly; however, Winifred was able to get a fan delivered to our room that day.which was greatly appreciated. One recommendation is to have the owners put a frying pan……

“My best friend and I decided to book a trip to Myrtle Beach for Memorial Day. The place was right on the beach and had plenty to offer. The views were great. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor……

“The condo was great. Convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area of Myrtle Beach and was also close to King's Highway for stores. Communications was excellent with the owner. The condo had everything we needed and would book the condo again.”
