Our room smelled like smoke-supposed to be a view none We called and got no satisfaction. I never heard back from them and I was speaking to someone who had the tv on so loud in the background I couldn’t hear We had to use arirbnb and stay there. I paid for 2 stays the original which we couldn’t do and the new one

I didnt like i how couldn’t watch tv inmy room cuz there was no Wi-Fi . I also didn’t like how the pipe busted under the kitchen sink . When I need towels n rags i had to wait a couple hours to get service

Loved that there were multiple pools that were heated and hot tubs that you can use. Parking garage that was right there and free when you book your stay. Was able to walk to a few shopping places. Rooms were nice and clean. We had 3 bedroom suite, it needs a little updating but other then that it was nice and perfect.

Everyone was on top of cleaning the elevators from beach sand and wet pool goers. The elevators always smelled clean. Also we appreciated how fast the elevators traveled. Since being on the 17th floor the fast travel was nice. Staff was nice and very helpful!!!!

COMMUNICATION IS KEY! The communication amongst staff is truly terrible. I waited hours and hours to check in because I was told my room was "Still being cleaned because it was that dirty." then again that "We haven't heard from them at all." Come to find out when we finally get to our room, they are still working on the pull out couch and the room is not dirty at all... Whatever, we were granted late check out for the inconvenience. Checkout day comes around and they are banging on our door and "ready to kick it down" 20 minutes after our original checkout time because no one informed them that we were extended 2 hours on our checkout. Go to the front desk to checkout later and was hassled again about it before being told "Oh okay, you're all set"; THEN being charged $40 once I turn my back and walk out. All around it is a nice family resort but man was it a headache and a half; plus now I get to spend time calling them and disputing extra charges!

I am concerned about the room key. It must be a digital card key. This hotel still uses number locks. To enter the room, we must punch 10 numbers. It isn't easy to remember or punch manually. This type of door lock was used in the 20th century. There were many old people who were struggling. Converting to digital card locks is my strong recommendation

The condo itself was nice however we did kill a couple of roaches. The in and outwas very inconvenient. The roll carts were too big for the doors even trying to get in. The elevator was not happy with our experience checking in we got there three hours early and got in our room at 10 minutes till four with all the crowd. The whole purpose was to get there early to get in. I understand your time was 4 o’clock however it was very inconvenient for elderly people, especially handicap people not enough parking all these codes to get in and out when elderly people can’t see to do that. It was not a good experience for us. We will not be back.

check in was 4:00, I arrived @3:30 and was told my room wasn’t ready ,come 4:53 we where let into our room where the first thing we saw was a pair of dirty underwear on the floor, finger prints on all of the surfaces, the floor was covered in sand and crumbs, the manager would not compensate what so ever when asked about a refund, we checked out 4 days early and took a loss just to get into a better hotel. Very inconvenient and unfortunate situation that could have been handled much better than it was.

Property was clean but dated. Not really an issue for us but I'm sure some people would be bothered by that. Everyone very friendly and all amenities very convenient. They must have had a large turnover Sunday afternoon as the lobby was rather backed up with check-in. Appeared to be understaffed in housekeeping

ZERO frying pans, no spatulas - I was told this unit didn’t specify if it came with spatulas lol - it took them 2 days to finally call to offer pans (we had 9 people in the unit) - I had to go buy a pan and spatulas! So ridiculous! 6 towels total for a unit that holds TEN people. No oven mit. Hall bathroom tub stopper won’t work, so you can only take showers. It was not clean. Ice maker doesn’t work. We stayed 4 nights… and that was enough for us! The staff at the actual resort are wonderful!!! My parents use to own a condo here years ago that also held 10 people, I just wasn’t prepared for them to be this slack on amenities in the room. I understand some things… but I shouldn’t have to bring my own whole kitchen for a stay at the beach! And 2 days in to our stay to then reach out to try to bring us pans and utensils was a little late! Wouldn’t stay again.
