In the most affordable luxurious waterfront condo, you can enjoy quiet and spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the landmark GD bridge . The resort host several bars, including a seasonal pool bar, an outdoor pool overlooking the marina, an indoor pool, a fitness facility.

Please show your ID to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards.
The front desk will provide the WIFI information.

My overall stay was perfect. The room was better than expected. Communication with Janet was professional with quick responses. I had trouble with my room key when I arrived and had to be issued another card. The location is near everything. I will definitely stay again.

We never got to stay at this rental. We arrived, checked in and tried to get into the rental only to find that the floor it was on was closed for maintenance. The resort front desk manager told us that floors 6 & 7 were closed to all guests. All rental management companies had been sent not one but two emails regarding it. Janet finally responded back to my text and tried to relocate us to a totally different place that was not in a 4 star resort and in downtown Myrtle Beach. We are two grown middle aged women and wanted a quiet luxurious place, not amongst college spring break kids! We finally told Janet we needed her to call us, not text that way we could straighten it out. She apologized for the situation and said she missed those emails. We stated we would be staying at the Marina Inn and the manager said to call the front desk and speak to him. Janet stated she called but both the manager and the woman at the desk did not receive a call. In the meantime, the manager reserved us a room and matched the price. Janet did refund our money in a very short time frame which was great. It was a very frustrating situation. We are lucky the resort has amazing people working there. The Marina Inn will have our repeat business but we will not be renting through Ocean One Vacations, a LAIO investment.

Beautiful place to stay. So close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff extremely clean environment. Even though I missed the email because I promised I wouldn’t work on vacation, our host was great at communicating and checking to see how we were, again I didn’t see it till getting home but it was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend this host!

The unit was clean the decor was modern and the location was ideal for my stay. At first, I was a little concerned with access to the unit being outside instead of from the interior of the building, but the door was heavy and made of steel so pretty secure. The unit itself was very nice and did not have that dated beach decor so prevalent at Myrtle Beach. I like the granite countertops, and deck with the view of the river. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the lobby bar was very pretty with a nice sitting area where I enjoyed a cocktail by the warm fireplace. I went in winter so although SC is not very cold, it made the space cozy. I would definitely stay again if I want to visit Myrtle Beach in a comfortable spot.

Check in was efficient with the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes front desk ( took less than 5 minutes to receive two key cards). The Condo is located on 7th floor overlooking the waterway and Grande Dunes golf course. The suite is very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable with soft linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are clean. Janet is the hosts , she’s great with the communication between us. She makes sure everything works smoothly during our stay. We will sure come back to this unit in the future.

My wife and I were in town for our wedding anniversary. I wanted a unit that was safe, roomy and more homelike, this place did not let us down. Very spacious and clean, updated appliances and everything worked. We definitely will be booking our next trip to try and stay at this location.

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving week at Marina Inn Grande Dunes. Great communication with the host Janet. Getting up/down to the room and the valet gentlemen Jason and Bruce were amazing and super helpful. Our suite was spacious, cozy, the kitchen was well appointed, and the balcony and view were refreshing. Have visited here before and would definitely visit again with this host! Thanks!

We had a great time staying at the Marina Inn. The unit was clean, quiet, and perfect for a long weekend away from work. The owner of this unit is a great communicator and even sent me a message making sure that check in went well. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

My friend & I hadn't seen each other since 1998. We finally decided to meet again in Myrtle Beach. Our stay at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes was fantastic! Accommodations exceeded our expectations and was most impressive! It is beautiful and spacious and the staff were all wonderful! Shout out to valet, Sam, for being so gracious, friendly and a joy to be around!

This 2 BR condo located in the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes was top of the line. The listing and pictures are very accurate. It was very clean, nice and well stocked and maintained. We had no issues during our stay. The location is fantastic! Close to numerous restaurants, theatres, and of course the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boat traffic on the intracoastal waterway. The condo is part of the Marina Inn, and you have access to all of the amenities which are first class. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My family had stayed at the Marina Inn Condos for the second time. Everything was amazing. The condo was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved that the hotel had a shuttle that went to a private beach where chairs and unbrellas were provided. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
