Great vacation location

The property was very clean and walking distance to the beach. We also used the pool and it was nice, too. Close to local grocery store and places to eat .

Clean and everything we needed

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Pool is a great perk. Walked to the beach every day. Recommend a wagon if you’re like us and taking enough for the day. Check out requires driving about 15 minutes to the main office, which was fortunately on the way home for us.

Adorable Place

Our stay with your condo was superb. Your condo was as advertised. Comfortable, cute, adequate space and most of the kitchen tools needed. The mattresses were very comfortable. We all slept well. My only 2 complaints were that there was no wine opener and we could not get 2 of the TV's to work (The Livingroom TV and the bedroom with twin beds TV.) We managed without them and had a great time. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Would definitely return. Lidia and family

Wonderful Condo

Don’t bring teenagers or young adults. The locals can’t handle the rowdy! But the property is a perfect get away and the staff and check in and out easy.

This condo was wonderful. If oceanfront it would be perfect. My husband loved fishing there. (The magnolia tree drops alot of leaves in pool). I forgot to call and let maintenance know the toilet in the main bathroom runs continually if you don't wait and pull the handle up. Thanks for everything.

The Condo was very Clean

The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we enjoyed the Hot tub and pool daily. I only have two complaints; the mattresses were very hard and There were NO golf carts allowed in the premises and We Stayed there in July ( Very Hot month) and although it is a short walk to the beach(31/2blocks, then across the Blvd) it is not feasible to walk with all of your gear and children in tow in that heat. So we had to drive and find parking. That being said , everything else was wonderful.

Beach Get-away

Rooms and features were as described. Only about 2 blocks from the beach, but a little far if you are carrying umbrellas and chairs. Pool was clean and this was a quiet area surrounded by other single family homes. Needed a "deep cleaning" to get at dust, but lots of good hot water and kitchen was very handy. We cooked in several nights. Teens enjoyed it too.

Great Beach Location

The condo was very clean and cozy. There were sufficient amenities to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the lake view from the balcony and the pool was right opposite this condo. Though it was on the 3rd floor, the stairs were easy to negotiate as the step height was not steep. Loved being able to walk to the beach so that we didn’t have to worry about parking. The walk was not bad, even with carrying our chairs and small backpacks.

Older property in need of minor repairs. Some sort of mold spores or something and set off moderate allergic reactions daily. Ugh! Maybe dog? Who knows. A little too far from beach when dragging chairs, cooler etc. And no carts allowed on property. Ugh, ugh!

Great location, nice community, condo was not as clean as I would have expected. Cooking and serving items were not organized in the kitchen area and not easy to locate.

Our condo was right across from the pool which was great and just a few blocks to the beach. We would definitely rent there again

Decent, little bit more than short walk to beach, and no elevator

The room was sufficient for our use but it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator or ramp which made lugging the cooler and suitcases difficult. On the bright side, we got some good leg workouts in from it. The room was well kept and the kitchen area was a fair size for the size of the condo. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size but the beds were VERY hard and the pillows very flat. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the view of the pond. Could have used more silverware for sure. We had 7 guests with us and it seemed we were always in need of a fork or a knife. The neighbor was very nice and sociable. We probably wont stay at this specific condo again because of the beds and the stairs. If you dont mind either, I would highly recommend this room.
