Went in at check-in time only to be told the room wasn’t ready and they would call us when it was. Gave up on them calling and went back in 1 1/2 hours later only to be told she just got finished cleaning. When we finally got to the room, the room was nasty and hadn’t been cleaned; food on tv stand, sand on the bed and in the floor, trash still in the floor. Loved how close it was to the ocean but overall negative experience.

An absolute Gem in Myrtle Beach. 2nd year staying May 4TH-9TH SUN-THUR, Room 1212 Oceanfront.The staff is second to none, need something just ask. Clean with all amenities working. A retired ex JUDGE works security and doesn't put up with any BS. Will certainly be back next year.

This property is very old & with that comes issues. Staff on check-in was amazing & friendly. Property curb appeal gave impression of unsafe area & I hesitated to stay. Staff changed my opinion. Balcony was unusual shape but view was gorgeous. Room/hotel needs some attention. Could be amazing!

I never review but with this one. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! We travel for work and this has been the worse place i have ever been! Found dead roaches and the bedding had not been properly changed or cleaned, had stains. Place smelled of mildew, old. I had rented the whole week, and we left second day. Of course nobody to take responsibility for a refund!

The area within the location is decent. The staff were friendly and responsive at all times. The building is really old, so don’t expect any upgraded interior or exterior. You basically get what you pay for. Overall my children made the best of it!

This was a decent enough property for the price, but Friday and Saturday nights we did not feel safe. There were people running up and down the halls screaming and fighting... at one point someone (probably a kid?) tried to open our door... There were deadlocks on the doors, but that's a little disconcerting. All staff we encountered were very friendly.
