Customer service at front desk terrible, no daily cleaning of rooms, and front door room card lock to does not open properly, vending machine overcharge for using cards and it’s in a unsafe location and no clue information about local restaurants , being that we made our reservations on Expedia we were treated like we were third class people when we asked for services they said they couldn’t do anything for us and they referred us back to Expedia and I felt that that we 11 o’clock at night we just arrived 3 Hour Dr. and just rude nasty and they know that you have nowhere else to go so they treat you any kind of way
