I was the only person checking in, but I wasn't allowed to use a luggage cart. As a result, I had to carry my groceries and luggage by hand. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, nor was I given any information about the site or the amenities that come with my Expedia VIP status. Furthermore, the room was in urgent need of a refresh, with noticeable water stains and other issues. While the location was a positive aspect, the front desk staff and bellhop were very unfriendly.
