SCAM SCAM SCAM! On a budget so you think you can survive here? DON'T! My best advice is to not make a reservation and just get a hotel when you arrive, rates are far cheaper in person. This hotel charges an additional $35 for ANY kitchen essentials. Our oven had no handle and wouldn't open because it hit the door frame. The room stank like mildew, it took 2 people to open the patio door, which couldn't even fit 2 people on it. The 'spa' is taped off and will never get fixed and the lazy river is so lazy it's a pool in a circle shape. It doesn't have a current and there are no rafts to float on. There was 1 that we were told "we were lucky because a previous guest left it. We bought our own and also left them so they probably are building a collection now. Oh, and unloading your baggage is an absolute nightmare! Only 4 spaces by the front door and they restrict use of the elevator. There is a basement that, if you're one of 10 lucky people you can park close but heaven forbid it rain. We watched car after car unable to exit the steep incline to get out of the garage. I barely made it and I have 4WD. Asked for a manager and was lied to, told she wasn't there but knew she was because she had approached me about looking up my number so she could get commission if I brought my entire cheer team next year lmbo YEA RIGHT! Can't forget the lady who checked us in said they didn't accept cash for incidental fee but she would accept it from me, just couldn't give me a receipt 😆 NO!

This was the most unsanitary hotel I’d been to. When we arrived the entire room smells like mold , the dressers were molded , room was humid , there aren’t any lights in the room so it’s super dark, floors were filthy omg , lamps were full of dust , tub had hair everywhere, toilet was dirty, let’s not forget when I came in I always check my bedding the sheets had brown stains on them and the pillows. There weren’t any Accommodations just came up to change sheets. This hotel did not offer any breakfast and I pay closed to $400 for only 3 nights which didn’t include deposit or resort fees. Which there is no resort. These rooms are not worth the price they are charging.

This was the absolute worst hotel I stayed at. Parking was a block away, the place was dirty, the elevator light where broken, room smelled and was extra muggy, the room didn’t have towels we had to go get some both days downstairs, the back of the bathroom door had profanity writing on it, also the bathroom was so small, there was no trash bucket we had to take our garbage to the outside in the hallway where there was a big trash bin outside in the middle of the hall. The remote for the tv had no batteries. It looks like they have not invested a cent into this property since they built the facility.

I like how the hotel was walking distance to the Family Kingdom and other stores. I love the way the room was set up but this hotel can use an upgrade. There was rust in the bathroom around the shower head. The first night we saw a roach crawling on the wall and I called the receptionist to let her know and she told me that someone would get back in touch with me. That never happened. Overall, my stay was horrible, it was ok. Will I stay again? I doubt it.

Went to hotel to book room I was told no room available. So I booked online as I stood in lobby’s I wish I never booked the hotel because there was 2 different customers that had checked in and checked right back out due to bed bugs and nasty room I saw pictures in one of the customers phone so i decided I wasn’t going to stay and ask for my money back I was told I can’t listen to customer so no refund for me I told the employee that I send with my own eyes pictures of bed bugs that was shown to me

I loved the view and the room itself. When I moved the couch, there were trash on the floor. In my bedroom, there was debris behind a dresser. Regardless though, I loved the room and layout of it. I plan on returning and renting the same room whenever it's possible. I also had a kitchenette in the room but no pots or pans. We had to go up to the desk for dishes.

My whole experience was horrible management was the worst. The room I booked kept losing power and had no hot water roaches crawling on the door. the manager did nothing about it. After complaining multiple times and a day later I was told I will get a new room after ones cleaned after waiting all day and being given a new time for the room to be available 4 times… I finally get moved to a FILTHY room. This room had dirty dishes as soon as you walk in no bedding on the beds etc. I notified a nice lady at the front desk and found out that instead of fixing my issue the manager said someone else do it and went to BED! At almost 12pm on our last night there I finally got moved to a clean room. I had to pay a housekeeping fee but never got house keeping and was unable to get a refund for it.
