Oceanview pet friendly pool and spa wonderful

Ocean view PET FRIENDLY family home with a pool and spa with surround decking in Long Bay Estates. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per pet please.The OCEAN and BEACH is right across the street!

This pet friendly home has six bedrooms, and five full baths. Open air porch off the back of the home overlooking a pool,spa and wooded area. Huge decks for relaxing after a day on the beach. The front porch has chairs for relaxing and the upper porch has rockers and andirondacks for taking in that gorgeous ocean view. Walk into the foyer of this home and breathe in the ocean air. To the left is a full den with ample seating.. To the right is a dining area and adjacent to this is a breakfast nook and a full kitchen. Washer/Dryer is also located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 20 and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Off the den area and also the kitchen area is a full open air porch overlooking the pool and spa. Enclosed with fencing.
Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Additional downstairs bedroom off the back deck has a queen and two twins and entrance to a shared full tub/shower combination bath.
Upstairs on the right facing the ocean is a queen bed bedroom with a full bath including a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs on the left facing the ocean is a king bed with a full bath and tub/shower combination.
To the rear is a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The remaining sixth bedroom on the rear of the home has two queens and also a full bath with tub/shower combination.

Long Bay Estates is a secluded neighborhood situated between Highway Business 17 and the Atlantic Ocean in Myrtle Beach.
Privacy with easy access to the Highway 17 and the Grand Strand.
The area surrounding Long Bay Estates is rich with dining options,shopping malls,golf courses and attractions including Myrtle Beach State Park and The Market Common.
Sorry,no motorcycles allowed on this property.

LINENS (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED. LINEN PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND CAN BE ORDERED WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. LINENS MUST BE REQUESTED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND PAID FOR AS WELL.

Pool may be heated for an additional charge! During certain months of the season. Just ask!
The spa is completely heated and has gently pulsing jets,not strong just soft.

Our stay was everything‼️This is an older house that has been well kept. The views of the ocean were amazing looking out from the top balcony. The peace you get on the beach because it’s a private area and it’s not over crowded. Lastly the fact that it’s right by everything to do. Only downside I had was the furniture and TV’s need to be updated. The TV’s were a little too small for comfort. In maybe throw in a pool table and some board games for extra entertainment. Other than that we had a blast.💥

I regret having to leave this review but I consider it necessary. On Friday, March 6, my wife and I traveled to Mittlee Beach for a business trip and decided to rent this house since the plan was to bring the family to spend the weekend together after several business meetings. To begin with, the rental process was terrible and disorganized. I got the impression that no one knew what they were doing since their system is old school. I even had to pick up the keys from an office near by. When we arrived at the house we did an inspection to make sure everything was in order. The house was clean and organized even though it is a fairly old house. Upon reaching the back yard we noticed that the pool furniture was destroyed in other words impossible to sit on them. I immediately reported it and they brought in 4 plastic chairs to replace them. They never took the broken ones. The floor of the portal and part of the staircase were impassable, big liability. I also paid $500.00 to have the pool heated. It never got hot which meant that we couldn't swim in the pool at any time. I must say that the beach was across the street and had very nice views. I would not stay at this property again. The house needs repairs and upgrades ASAP. Pool got heat the last day and they give a $200 credit but never brink the whole family not fun trip

Beautiful area and private beach
Out of all the family members, I was the only one who had not visited Myrtle Beach. With four sons, two daughters in law, a grandson, his girlfriend, and two granddaughters, my husband and myself, I knew that we would need plenty of space. This house provided the space, a swimming pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beautiful beach , which was never crowded.
