My oceanfront suite was fairly clean. Except the Murphy wall bed, mattress was stained and the sheets looked dirty. The stove looked unsafe to use. If you stand in the sand and look at the property parts of certain balconies are falling off looks from water leakage I’m assuming from AC units, definitely unsafe. The onsite restaurant NEVER opened. Then the elevators seem unstable. Another guest made me aware she was stuck in one of the elevators for some mins. It’s like the chains that hold the elevators together is definitely too loose. Years ago the property was very well kept, Don’t know what has happened but it’s definitely not the same. The phone in the room didn’t work either. I’m surprised with all the noticeable damages etc the hotel hasn’t been shut down. It’s a shame to not make the hotel more pleasant being the business they can get.

This hotel was very dirty and run down. The hallway outside of the rooms had garbage bags, dirty clothes, and my child even pointed out a fake nail. An employee banged on our door at 10:30pm to check to see if the room was occupied. They are also difficult to get a hold of. I would never stay here again. The location on the beach is great, and it is very cheap, but I guess it is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations.

The pictures are nothing like the hotel. The staff are nice but they do t follow thru we never got clean towels or our trash picked up at all we checked in on Monday and Left Friday morning no one came to our room we went to the front desk to ask for towels and were told they hand none. This place is very dated and the elevators are discusting. We we in town for our cousins funeral and if I would have know this was this bad I would have left.

The room was nasty, we had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the room. The phone didnt work, we couldn't get anything we asked for,like towels, tissue, wash cloth,and trash bags. Some of the lights didn't work, we got stuck on the elevator. Also the staff was a little rude.

The staff at the front desk and maintenance were great. The cleaning crew was horrible. Never came to clean our room. We had to always ask for our towels and a broom to sweep our own room. When we got there our room was not that great and the tv didn’t work or have a remote. The fridge was rusty. The maintenance guy went down and got us moved to another room which was 10 times better. They let people smoke marijuana off the balcony and all around the resort it could be smelled. People with health issues especially breathing problems should not stay here. It was the first time to stay and the last time to stay. They need to do some more updates to the hotel and resort.

I will never give this property any of my money again. Our room was not properly cleaned (dust, floors were visibly not swept or mopped), the phones in the room were disconnected (so contacting the front desk was impossible), there were no remote controls for the tvs in our room (only one tv was able to be controlled on the device), microwave did not work, kitchen only included appliances (which was pointless to use, because there were no utensils or dishware unless brought in your own), coffee machine and coffee provided in room but no filters, ice bucket provided with no ice machine. After two visits to the front desk asking questions and requesting assistance, I was ready to go home. Then sadly 5 hours after checking out, I received notification of the property layout and how to check in. Absolute disgrace and condemnation.

We asked for 3 days for someone to come change our nasty sheets, no one ever came. The room and bathroom were dirty. The floors were disgusting! They never had any clean towels. The parking garage smelled like urine. Some of the pools and hot tubs were closed. The front desk staff were all rude and slow. We will never stay here again. Oh I almost forgot. They kept spamming ads for shady pizza restaurants. They are scams, they wanted my card information even before I placed an order. Place is a dump! Avoid avoid avoid. The foundation was cracking, some of the balconies looked like they were gonna fall. The bartender by the pool was amazing. That is the only good thing/ person about this place.

With the ocean still being too cold to swim in, I was looking forward to the jacuzzis/hot tubs and pools to be heated and working, there was only one jacuzzi working, and no heated pool, only outdoor pool and lazy river. They were dirty. No room service was provided. Beds were clean but no blankets were provided. No dishes, pots or pans provided with the kitchen. So make sure you bring or buy your own stuff if you stay here. Could be a pretty decent place to stay if the amenities were provided and in proper working order.

Staff was very unorganized. I traveled from another state just to find out the hotel gave my room away. The front desk staff told me they had to prioritize the guests that booked directly through them over guests that booked through third party sites. I spoke with staff at the desk desk the day prior regarding my reservation as well as received email confirmations. She didn’t care to provide any other recommendations or help me in any way. Very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived and our room was not as nice and roomy as the pictures show, however it was clean when we arrived. The property claims to have 3 working hot tubs, heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a lazy river. The entire 3 night stay I had here, 2 of the hot tubs were not working, the indoor pool was not heated and was closed every day except our first day. Because of only having one hot tub working, everyone at the hotel crowded in it so it was unclean. The outdoor pool was also dirty and you could see sunscreen and bugs floating on top of the water. The lazy river was also nasty and had cigarettes floating around in it. I went to the outdoor pool bar and purchased a bucket drink for $18 and was charged $29 instead for 1 bucket drink. The first night we walked down to the lobby to see if they had any blankets because there were only sheets on the beds and was told there were no more blankets, the receptionist asked how long we were staying to see if she could get us blankets, we never received blankets or room service of any kind. As we were walking back up to our room there was a blue pill on the ground and someone had their hotel room door cracked open, complete dark room, playing music at 11 pm. So that was super sketchy. The kitchenette does not provide any pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware etc. Other than that, the hotel room was cheap and we made the best out of what we had been given, had the hot tubs and pools worked, it would’ve been just an okay stay. 5/10
