My stay 5-16/5-21, the sofa in room 1916, had nasty spots all over. It seems to me that you all never shampoo the sofa, I thought Hilton cared about the guest, but I see I was in correct. Being a HH Member I thought I could receive a late check out, but it turns out that you all are charging for a late check out; as much money as you all charge one shouldn’t have to endure the nastiness of your sofa bed, you all need to clean them and do something about the wasp that fly around the balcony. They may have a nest up there around the balconies. Food, the first night my husband and I ate at Coconut Charlie, I ordered the “Creamy Chicken Pasta $22, my husband ordered the shrimp tacos, but I contracted food poisoning, I lost a day from eating that food, the breakfast was horrible, the biscuits were burned, the sausage was horrible it look like they just boiled the sausage and brought them out, the muffins were cold hard, no bacon, you all really need to up-grade; do something different for breakfast instead of putting out that disgusting breakfast you all sit out for guest to eat. The cut up fruit looked dirty, no nice presentation. I appreciate the support; this area here needs some help. Horrible It needs some help BAD, I certainly got gravely ill consuming that raggedy CCP.
