Hotel was decent, my ocean view room was very nice. The appliance in the room were out dated ex. TV and Microwave. In my friends room, their balcony overlooked the giant trash collector.

They had a bar/food outside on the deck. Also after getting off the deck you are on the beach. They needed another elevator going to the parking garage

Employees were fine. Room was okay. Building is looking run down. Parking is plentiful but less than convenient. Incredibly tight almost one way garage with a steep ramp and leap of faith when entering or exiting that no traffic is coming in the other direction. Upstairs neighbors were constantly smoking marijuana. I notified the front desk on the second day and they said they would take care of it. It didn’t stop them though. Kind of ruined our ocean front room. Couldn’t leave the door open or sit on the balcony without the stench. Overall not horrible not good. I wouldn’t return though.

The resort was nice. Need to repair the floors in each elevator. Floors was in bad shape. Need to make the hallways a little brighter. The floors in our room needed tobe repaired also. The outdoor pool was a little cloudy. Needed some cleaning. Over all the staff was great.

Location is amazing! 1.2 mi from airport, on site bar and grill, and $7 lyft fees almost everywhere. Great place to vacation!

Me and my bf got an oceanfront room on the 14th floor and stayed for 4 nights. The room, bathroom and balcony were very nice and clean. The elevators were a lil shabby needs a good detail and new floors but they got you from A to B. All in all not the most lavish hotel you could stay at but the rooms are nice and it’s right on the beach definitely a little scared to stay here when I saw reviews abt bed bugs but from my knowledge and observance it’s not true. So if your looking for a nice reliable hotel to lay your head at night after a day of activities and beach fun on a budget? This is your place. P.S stop by 7th ave cafe and try their falafel wrap ! The local farmers market is also 15 mins away and open on Saturdays. Happy booking !

This “resort” is nasty and in bad condition. It reeked of smoke! The pool and pool area is tiny. The location is good and the room was clean but upon opening the balcony door we were inundated with cigarette smoke and other smoke... Not worth the money!!

We learned that ocean view and ocean front are two completely different things. The booking was not clear and we were disappointed not to be put in a room facing the ocean. 2 hr check in line in busy season. Then we were given room keys to a room that still had people in it!! Will not be staying here again

Expedia transferred my reservation here after the first place was nasty and unsafe. When we checked in, the staff was very nice and courteous and it was a welcome relief. Our room was clean and no issues at all. They upgraded our room to have a balcony at ocean view just because of the bad experience at the previous hotel. I would highly recommend this place to any and all. There is a small bar that serves food attached to the hotel that is separately owned and it was awesome. Great food and drinks and the bartender was great! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.
