This spacious unit is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach or play some of the best golf courses in South Carolina. Our condo is just a few miles away from the most beautiful beaches in PI. Clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for everyone, our open family living room is spacious with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and washer /dryer for your convenience.
The Master bedroom features a brand new king size bed with separate access to the screened porch, and a large walk in closet. A mounted flat screen cable TV and ceiling fan! Large ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom features two twin beds with a closet, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom.
Third bedroom features a queen size bed, mounted flat screen cable TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub/shower. This bedroom also functions as a lockout and comes with a microwave, Keurig, and small refrigerator.
The living room has a pull out couch, flat screen cable TV, and a ceiling fan. Access to the screened porch through the large slider. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. No mosquitoes there!
Full internet wifi access, cable TV, and heat/AC throughout condo.

Family Vacation

Love the Rental!

We loved our stay at Laurie's Unit. It was spacious and clean. Loved the three bedroom/bathrooms! Laurie responds quickly to any concerns or questions. Our family had a wonderful vacation in True Blue!

My husband and I picked this place because it was a first floor unit. It was very clean and homey. I only wish there was a better view but I get preferring only 1 st floor there has to be some consideration. But back to the condo. Nice decor and I appreciate the work that was put into the place.

The condo was perfect for our needs. My friends and I were in town to play in a Golfweek Am Tour event at True Blue and Caledonia. The place was clean and comfortable, and we were provided access to the pool and other amenities. Will try to stay here again for next years event.

Perfect home away from home!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We booked it again because of the perfect layout for a family with children and another adult couple that needed their own space! The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, utensils, dinnerware, and meal-prep needs. We will definitely lool at booking again next time we are in Pawleys Island.

Traveled for an Event at Back Woods Quail Club

The Family traveled there for an Event at Back Woods and Quail Club. The Conco was 5 star all the way! Family said, they will stay here again if it is available. Very Clean, quality throughout the condo easy access plus first floor. The host was the best and answered all the questions before arrival. Great weekend getaway!

Great place, very clean, detailed info on the surrounding area, etc. Pool was one of the cleanest resort pools I’d ever seen. We spend a lot of time in the area and this rental will be on the top of our list when returning!

My friends and I booked this condo for a golf trip that involved True Blue and Caledonia. The location was perfect. No more than a few minutes from either. The accommodations were nice and had everything that we could have needed. Would definitely book again

Incredibly cozy home away from home

My husband and I plus our 3 kids stayed here during Thanksgiving for a nearby family reunion.The property was exactly as described, well maintained, and had an easy check-in. The owner even offered us an early check-in, but we weren’t able to get there in time. Great screened in back porch, comfortable beds, all the supplies needed to run a kitchen, and even included some starter toilet paper and paper towels. Other places we’ve stayed don’t typically offer that. We put our teen in the separate suite so she could enjoy privacy and freedom. Close to the dumpster. Owner was super responsive. Would use again!

Family Vacation

We chose this property based on a previous stay at True Blue. The check-in process was simple and quick. The condo was even bigger and better than we expected and was ready 4 hours early. We loved how each bedroom had its on full bathroom. There were beach chairs and beach towels available for guest use. We loved how accommodating everything was, especially the instructions for key locks, pool passes, location of trash dump, checkout, etc. They’ve really thought of everything. (And plenty of family games and cards, too) We had an issue around 2 in the morning our 2nd night with an outside fire alarm beyond the owner’s or our control. We called Laurie, who immediately answered, and began working to remedy the issue. Communication with Laurie was outstanding! We would rate this condo and our stay a 10 if it were possible! Thank you, Laurie, for making our family vacation a wonderful experience! ~The Price’s

Golf Trip

Waverley Cove has become our go to place to stay on our annual four day golf trip to Pawleys Island. With three bedrooms and three baths, it is perfect for our foursome. Close to the best golf courses, plenty of top restaurants, grocery stores, plenty of parking, etc. Impeccably clean, with full kitchen, all necessary appliances, utensils, etc., although for our four old codgers, the K pod coffee maker was about our only essential! Laurie is an exceptional host, easy to communicate with from start to finish. Had occasion to reach her after checkin because the individual using the lockout unit inadvertently locked the door when leaving the room and we had misplaced the code to open the lock box and retrieve the room key. Laurie answered immediately and the offending golfer was able to get back into his room, but had to buy a round of drinks for his misdeed. Would unconditionally recommend Waverley Code for any foursome looking for ideal place to stay on a Pawleys Island golf adventure. Just not the first week of September as that is our annual trip date.

From the very beginning Lauri was attentive to detail. When I messaged she messaged right back. That speaks volumes all by itself. The home is amazing it feels like home. Equipped with everything you need including beach towels, which for us was a plus being on vacation not having to bring or purchase towels meant everything. Enough space for us to be comfortable amongst the 8 of us. Some games were there as well which was nice for late night fun. Getting to and from ocean Blvd was a breeze 40 mins to and from which was nothing literally a straight shot. I preferred to stay away from the scenery so we could be nice and comfy without all the noise from night life. Thank you Laurie for making our first trip to South Carolina memorable. My son enjoyed his 16th ❤️❤️❤️

Nice Getaway

This condo is roomy and has three bathrooms which are great to have after a family day at the beach. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. This is a ground floor home with no steps and very close parking.

Amazing condo!

The property was extremely clean and well kept, with the owner’s description completely describing it in detail! Everything was easily found and easy to access. Very conveniently located to the beach (Simple 5-6 minute drive), shopping, and restaurants. The book left for those reserving this condo was very descriptive on the various activities available in the surrounding community, as well as making several great suggestions for rainy day fun! We would definitely reserve this property in the future if available!
