“All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay here in March hotel is great & staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. “Gutes Hotel - würde aber jedem zu Ultra All Inclusive raten, da viel mehr Möglichkeiten. Vor allem in den eigens dafür vorgesehenen Restaurants herrscht kein Massenabfertigungs-Kantinen- Klima! “Advertised as 5 stars , but in reality only 3 if that ! The location is far away from everything , so basically nothing to do apart of staying in the hotel , staff don’t speak English , have to wait for to get as it at the restaurant, have to wait do food to be refilled , food limited choices and usually half warm . Alcoholic drinks very poor quality , entertainment poor . Would not recommend this place ”

“Un soggiorno perfetto. All’arrivo ti accoglie un profumo di pulito e di freschezza, cocktail di benvenuto ed estrema gentilezza del personale di reception. La struttura è davvero perfetta in tutto, non cambierei nulla, se non sostituire le vasche da bagno con docce più moderne .. è c’è un po’ da migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle camere . A mio avviso il programma di animazione da rivedere , poco coinvolgente e pochi spettacoli serali. Lo consiglio definitivamente a tutti, perché su tutto……
