Lady was very accommodating at front office..gave me very convenient room where i could unpack my truck without walking far . No extra charge for my dog.

Nice, but Needs Some Attention

When I came into the hotel I had a very friendly greeting. That was very nice. The community surrounding the hotel was a little rough in places. My shower was a concern. The water pressure was so low that the shower nosel would not work. Not ideal because I did not find out until 430 am when I tried to prepare to leave. The water temperature never got hot either.

Horrible Beds / never again

Day time staff seemed rude or un friendly. Evening/overnite staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. Maids were respectful and always had a wave & a smile when they passed by in hallways or parking. But the beds..... oh my, the beds. Horrible. 1st room had huge bowl in bed. My back, shoulder and hip were sore after that 1st night. 2nd room (Handicapped) had a bowl on only 1 side of it. Thankfully i had the ither side to sleep on, but it was very stiff and not very comfortable. Hard to believe a place that big only had 2 available rooms downstairs which i needed for medical reasons.
