The Sweet Magnolia has been recently updated with guests in mind from the 3 spacious bedrooms to the well-appointed kitchen. A short walk takes you to Main St where dining and shopping abound. If staying in sounds better, order in and let the good times come to you!

Cozy, comfy, quiet -- perfect!

My sister and I took our mother on a spring break trip to Nacogdoches, and we couldn't have picked a better rental. The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Each of us had her lovely, comfortable bedroom, plus we enjoyed the cozy living room (with streaming TV) and full-size kitchen (with a great selection of coffees). Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend this property.

Quant Little Home in Town

This little house was well situated just off of a main thoroughfare in town while maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The house was spacious yet cozy with good amenities and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Look forward to coming back for another stay at this adorable little property.

Great for Graduation

Perfect place for all of us to gather for SFA graduation. Way better than a hotel! The house is in a great location, clean and charming. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Great communication with Jennifer before, during and after. Wish we’d found this place for the last SFA graduation! Would highly recommend!
