“Bernadette was an excellent host. Family of 4 was very comfortable in two adjoining rooms. Rooms and bathrooms have all been renovated with modern amenities . Beds were very comfortable. Host asked us the night before when we would like breakfast, her suggestion for 9:00 am was perfect time. Fresh pastries ( all homemade) yogurt, jams, juice and coffee and chocolate milk for kids, were all ready for us. We enjoyed talking to Bernadette about our travels during breakfast. Der Spa war schön, aber man hat nur eine Stunde gratis Aufenthalt pro Tag als Gast. Das ist jedoch vollkommen genügend. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und man bot mir sogar vegetarische Alternativen an. Sehr großes Lob! ”

“Ferme Lamy was pretty much an oasis of calm during our two days there. Our host Arnaud was helpful in every way possible. The pool was a beautiful and refreshing respite from the demands of tourism. Breakfasts were complete and ample. The one dinner we had there was marvelous, sitting in the shade overlooking the pool and fields. It was 3 courses. First was a delicious paté as entrée, and then the main plat was duck breast with green beans, followed by crème brulé dessert. Our room was small but……

“This is an oasis in the middle of Sarlat. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful decor and very historic. We loved learning about the building. The personnel were so lovely. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular, Katiya was so nice. Her breakfast spread was so generous and I loved speaking French with her! She even helped me with a laundry issue :) Natalie who checked us out was so helpful. She told us about a Chateau only 20 minutes away that we had almost missed! We were so……
