“Expedia said this hotel has laundry service. However, when we ask the hotel staff about where we can use the laundry, they recommend us go to coin laundry shop which need 9-11 mins walk. I think the hotel info provided in Expedia is not accurate.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this authentic Japanese ryokan. The charm of the place lies in its simplicity and traditional feel. Though the ryokan is old, it has a timeless authenticity that makes the experience unique and memorable. “非常有味道的老酒店，女子泡汤在三楼，每天滑雪完毕直接到隔壁泡温泉很方便，从长野车站坐大巴到Sunvelly很容易，但是下车要走一段路门口就游览车，可以开始滑雪！入住酒店建议选择早晚两餐，晚餐是传统的日式料理，我们这次住了五个晚上，每餐都有不一样的内容，非常开心，吃的很舒服！”

“交通方便”

“There was one guy and a lady worked at the reception during my stay. The lady was very helpful and provide good Japanese service. However, the guy was not polite at all and sounds like a police when he asked us not to bring our food from breakfast to outside coffee area. This is our first time encounter impolite Japanese service. Besides he said he did not know there was a New Year Eve fireworks at Ichinose family run. At last, we have to google and check it out ourselves but how could a hotel……
