“Pros:
• The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains.
• The staff is kind and helpful.
Cons:
• A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night.
• The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM.”

"在日本遊玩期間遇到同預算內最好的酒店！服務很好，職員都很有耐性及很友善。雖然酒店內沒溫泉，但有免費提供的溫泉接駁服務，每天都有drink bar及cocktail time (免費），房間也超大，冰櫃夠冰，充電等設施也沒限制，十分推薦！
另外松本也有很多娛樂，整個旅程待得很開心。"
