“Everything was great, and the service was nice. However, the private hot spring couldn’t be reserved in advance, so we had to wait until checkout to see if it was available. Also, there was no shuttle bus, which isn’t convenient for someone traveling on foot, especially on a rainy day.”

“傳統日式榻榻米房型，雖然整體有種古樸陳舊的感覺，但空間非常寬敞，四人房帶衛浴、廁所和浴室各自獨立，是不同於一般飯店的舒適體驗。老闆娘很親切，進房就有暖氣、床也鋪好了，有詳細的手冊介紹設施、服務、附近餐飲等資訊，並提供浴衣。露天湯池非常值得嘗試，一邊賞雪一邊泡溫泉其實沒有想像中冷。”

“相隔五年再次入住感覺依然非常之良好,酒店內的一些設施在這段期間有做過翻新,員工非常有善,晚餐及早餐為我們服務的姨姨,雖然有著語言的隔膜,但仍然很友善的為我們作出介紹. 露天風呂感覺超讚,能夠男女混浴可以同屋企人一同免費共享,感覺非常之好”

“Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city. ”
