The stay experience was not satisfactory. Wrong decision that I made to stay + including breakfast option. If there would be an option of……

“The stay was ok but owner switched the hotel for us and only provided three rooms instead of 4. I need my refund rback as Hotel.com said the hotel has top ratings. But the owner lied and hotel.com did not check if the ratings for the hotel and the owner/staff. They do this periodically I have heard online. ”
