“provided a room at basement floor the second light around 2200, electricity out for 1 hour, tried to call the hotel telephone number more than 10 times which they said will forward to mobile after 2000 but no answer, even no reply to my email until today the most horrible is no emergency light in the room, the electric curtains cannot open because no electricity, this means the only exit is the room door, completely no safety sense and ignore the life of the people. 1 star cannot reflect the……

“The stay was generally good, the staff were very friendly and helped to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was generous and well organised. The room had a slightly older character but functioned according to our requirements. The view was amazing. I would recommend this if travellers want a friendly family fell to ther stay.. ”
