The Space:
As soon as you walk through the door, you'll feel right at home. The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks, and the dining table is great for family dinners or game nights.
The master bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room, perfect for kids or young adults. With two full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space to get ready in the morning.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:
When it's time to hit the beach, you're just minutes away from several public parking areas. And when you return, you can take a dip in the community pool or head out for a game of sand volleyball. If you're bringing your boat, the community boat slip is available for your use.
In addition to the nearby beach and community amenities, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. The cottage is just a short drive away from local attractions like the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park.
SWIMMING POOL: $6.00/day per person, $30.00/week per person, $125.00/week per family (up to 6 people) (Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult-18 years or older. There is no lifeguard on duty. Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their family members and guests.) Open from 11am - 7pm during the summer (Starting 5/27/23).
BOAT RAMP: $40.00 per boat per week PLUS: $10.00 refundable key deposit.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
Interaction with Guests:
