Family sized Town home-Ocean View!!

Townhome is located in Nags Head. This comfortably furnished, three bedroom townhouse provides everything you need for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. With the sparkling shores of the Atlantic Ocean only minutes away, along with close proximity to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions. Take a seat on one of our two patios and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of your rental.
Can’t stay an entire week. Now offering short stays and flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. We allow partial week stays (two-night minimum) to be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out. Book your Stay, Your Way! Pets are allowed (with a non refundable deposit). No smoking/vaping (violation of this rule will result in no return of security deposit). Townhome is located in the back of pizza place and large beach store. The townhomes have their own entrances and elevator.

Uninhabitable rental unit, not up to VRBO presented standards

We had booked for 4 nights, but only stayed one due to the condition of the rental. We spent a long time on the phone with Vrbo trying to find a new place to stay, unfortunately it was not possible that evening, only till the next day was Vrbo able to move up. The host also had no other place to offer. We were forced to stay in a dirty, moldy, unsecure place. Vrbo has guidelines for cleaning and maintenance, those guidelines were not followed, it was so unsanitary and unsafe that we had to cancel the reservation. Mold was visually present on furniture and floors, chest of drawers were broken, balcony sliding door did not lock, and there was a ladder propped against the building under the balcony. In addition, please note, this is not a townhouse as advertised in the title, it is a condo inside a commercial building, with retail and a restaurant on the ground level. The parking lot had a lot of foul smelling drainage coming from the building, there is a dumpster right at the entrance near the elevator. I hope the owner can take these comments and improve his unit by not only following Vrbo's recommendations, abiding by health standards, but also taking security to the building seriously. This should not be rented out in it's current state.

Judah is a nice guy. The property is not. Listing is misleading. Would not have reserved the unit if known it was in a commercial/industrial building. Left after one day.

Great weekend getaway

First time staying in Nagshead so to me the location was pretty good for us. Little interesting that its attached to a beach store and a pizza place but you will never know once in your room. Beach store worked out well, just a walk to the store when we needed something. We definitely enjoyed our first trip to Nagshead.. Thanks the good memories ;)

Great location

Spacious and clean with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and jet tub. Short, easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby, with easy access to other islands. Would stay again.
