“We enjoyed our 3 days here. The location is great! Rooms are larger than they look from the photos. Great communication with the owner/manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Private yard and hot-tub… amazing! There is nothing to dislike. Maybe the folks staying in the unit above us could have been less noisy - the sound of their stomping around woke us up early each morning. “Overall enjoyed our stay in Haiku. The apartment was spacious enough for our needs. It was equipped with basic kitchen appliances for a 1 week stay. The pullout sofa bed left much to be desired in terms of comfort (my daughter slept on it without issues, but I think most adults would find it difficult to get a good night’s sleep on it). “Listing was accurate, the place was clean and in a good location. Host warns you about it being in a tropical rainforest with bugs and they are not lying! Be prepared to see bugs. But be smart and don't leave food out or trash in the unit. Also check the fridge, I found a little cricket hanging out in the door shelf :). The place was nice and comfortable and I appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Thanks for that. The mattresses on both inside beds are……

“I chose this listing because it was on a flower farm and seemed in a quiet area. I never saw an actual flower farm but was immersed in the landscape. We were the only guests around and it was peaceful. It rained each night and morning we were there. The only negative for me was no air conditioning. I guess I missed that part in the listing. The host was very responsive and sent me information a month ahead. This cottage is also centrally located to many things to see and do! ”
