"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."

Great place to stay in Phuket
"We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

"房間比想像中安靜，睡的不錯，只是每天清潔完，沒有補充紙巾和抺手毛巾，都需要跟前台說。
酒店的餐廳上菜很久，接近30分鐘才有第一道菜，很多錯漏，已經確認過才下單，上菜時都給錯飲料，而且食物沒有煮熟。

"Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk.
The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. "
