“We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there!
This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly.
We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and……

“We stayed at room No.3 and had a really good time in the villa. The room is located near the parking area and the gym so everything is really close.The view was amazing and the pool is really clean. “Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers.
This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.”

“房間廁所發出強烈的霉味，冷氣機發出巨響和漏水，定了9晚房，免強住了3晚，每天都要使用2瓶空氣清新濟(自備)，本想提早退房，最後得到職員幫忙換了房間，才不造成損失，入住前3天沒有職員清清潔過房間，換了房間後的6天，只在第4天做過一次清潔，不過也令假期蒙上了污點。
入住大廈的寫字樓並不辦理入住手續，里面的職員，態度並不友善，愛理不理，很不愿意的告訴你，辦理入住的地方，在一條鈄坡上。
到了辦理入住的寫字樓，職員態度有很大的反差，里面的職員極為友善，親切，有耐心，給了我很大的幫助，才令我沒受損失。
如果選擇這里，在入住時必須仔細，不符合自己的要求，絕對不能免強，在這個價位的酒店，巴東不乏選擇。”

“唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”

"酒店附近有夜市及有很多食肆，非常方便，房間空間也很大及海景非常美麗，泳池有兩個，一個是住宿house 的人專用，非常寧靜，另外一個泳池也不錯，早餐豐富，酒店離沙灘只隔一馬路，下次去布吉也會入住這酒店"

"房间有点阴冷和潮湿，早餐是真的难吃，糕点尤其差，热菜还可以，可以自己榨果汁，有点点旧，总的来说还可以，园区非常大，五个游泳池，离海边也近，过马路就是。"

"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."

"Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk.
The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. "
