“I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.”

“Hotel is near to mall road but you have to walk 100 mts to reach the hotel. Views from hotel is nice, good food and staff is very supportive. Now, when talk to rooms, if you are looking for old age room then it's fine otherwise not ok. ”

“Room was smelling bad, bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Staff were so rude. ”
