The customer was terrible. Cockroaches every the rooms and Kitchen. They can’t keep up with booking partners, the reception staff to the exception of one person are rude and extremely impolite. I will not recommend Hotels.com to keep the king’s suites on your listening. After all this long stay with them, they still treated us like trash. Worst service ever received in hospitality industry. No water during our stay
We only had to stay 5 hours and booked the hotel for having a bath and rest before our late flight.
So it was very disapointing that the hotel not had any water during our stay, so we could not take a bath and had to flush the toilet with a bucket of water. I have never experienced that before in a hotel.
Another thing was that the elevator did not work and we were placed at 5th floor.
