“We had 4 nights in Navotua villageIt was the highlight of our 3 week holiday Mele looked after our every need and genuinely cared for my husband who arrived at the stay with fish poisoning.We really felt the village surrounded him with love. Luckily he was able to see the doctor and avoided hospital. The Bure on the beach was perfect for rehabilitation,breezy,clean and comfortable. “I really don’t want to say anything bad about this place because the people were truly fantastic but this was not my favorite stay. In terms of safety (especially being a solo female traveler) I felt very safe. If you’re looking for a secluded and gorgeous spot this is definitely it. The cabins are not great but the location really does make up for it. I did see the biggest spider of my life due to a hole in the bathroom that really threw me off in terms of this stay though. “Nanuya Island resort was so peaceful. There was a very musical staff that sang to you throughout the day. I loved how the food menu changed everyday and it had the most deliciously unique combinations. The resort was small which made the stay feel very intimate. I also loved your ability to walk everywhere. The staff was very attentive and they made you feel at home. I was sad to leave, but I'll be back.”
