“We were a group of ten friends and the place suited us perfectly. From ample parking space for the cars to enough beds for our mixed group. We were there for a 4 days and 3 nights stay. The house is kept clean and we even paid a little extra for food to be cooked for us. Vivian, the caretaker, was very efficient in the service. “I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!……
