the service is bad

"the service make me feel very angry because when I go to have breakfast.The waiter push me away from my table twice and not polite.when I go back to room .the bottle water is not provide for the last day.Is bottle water very expensive?why not provide to customer?"

"We enjoyed 7 days holiday with family in this very nice hotel, management did a good job to maintain the overall environment, it is clean at the beach/road/room, it is really a good and beautiful hotel.
