“Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven. ”

“Everything was as stated, personal contact in Management was on top of "Everything". Place was spotless and beautiful as advertised!As a couple of Seniors, visiting and even senior relative, we have some suggestions: Entry was by an electronic number pad, which made things easy, except in the dark, it is almost useless. The keypad is not backlit, so you cannot see the numbers. The front door light is not a motion-sensing fixture, so there is ZERO light as you try to enter. Difficult situation……

“Our stay was a good one - Angela was good at communicating and helped us out upon check in. The only issue was a scheduled maintenance of the main pool and hot tub for the entire 2 weeks we were here. Luckily there was a smaller pool to enjoy but the kids would have liked the bigger pool ! ”

“Just a small relaxing getaway with the family! My daughter took my granddaughter to Legoland one of the days…which is literally 6 minutes away! We enjoyed the pool all day both days and we had a blast with the game room! David and Jodi are awesome to work with! Definitely recommend staying here you will absolutely love it!
