A night without sleep
"We do not expect much from the Hotel as we understand it is a place for a short stay before visitors going up to the Adam's Peak. However, we could not manage to sleep at the Hotel the night before our hike as there were so much noise outside our room - furniture moving - guests talking and yelling ..."

"2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！ まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。 朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。 また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました！"

"Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's ..."

"Sanjaya went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He provided a takeaway breakfast at 4.45am when we wanted to go to Horton Plains and always made sure we were okay. Lovely secluded stay!"
