Oui et en prononçant notre nom il a dit d'attendre qqes instants pour d'autres arrivants. Il était très souriants et agréable. Il est Suédois ..."

"Beautiful view of the river from my room. However, it wasn’t the room I booked - I booked a double room and was given a twin glamping tent. Also for the price I would expect to be given a towel, after checkin there was no staff around to ask for one."
