This was a horrible experience from before we arrived until we left around 9pm the same day as we checked in. Before we arrived, I received a message that we would need to arrive between 3-6pm. That there was a window for check in because at 6pm, they close up the office and went home for dinner. We are driving from Whistler, so we had to leave extra early to catch a ferry and race to get there during the check in window. We made it but when i arrived, no one was in the office. There is only one person who cleans and checks everyone in. You call, you wait and eventually in comes a person who smells horrible, not a great sign. They let you know that they have to charge you up front and so you agree, room unseen. You get to the room, window is wide open and the room smells horrible, like chemicals trying to cover up war crimes. Me and my wife can't stand it, we call and and they say they'll come up and investigate the smell. We wait outside the room and they come up stairs to room 203 and add to the horrible smell in the room. They run around the room saying that they can't smell anything and lot's of people have stayed in the room and didn't complain. We all go around the room looking for the smell. We find nothing but some food under the couch cushions. They say we should let the room air out (everything they are saying and doing implies that they smell it but that they will not admit that the room smells). They call back and say maybe it's the AC and that we should

VERY NICE ROOM WITH ALL THE AMMENITIES FOR A SHORT OR LONGER STAY. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS LOVELY. SIMI, THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The property was very clean, the staff was amazing and accommodating. The view is amazing, with great restaurant across the street, nice area to walk from room. Room was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Nous sommes restés dans la suite nuptiale et malheureusement elle est très désuète. Les autres chambres semblent avoir été rénovée mais pas celle la. Il y plane une odeur de moisissure et de fumée. Le lit est aussi désuet - sur une base métallique qui bouge au moindre petit mouvement. Difficile d’y dormir à deux. L vue est extraordinaire pr contre.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Casa Grande Inn and were most pleased. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Everything (heat, A/C, TV etc) worked well. All rooms face the water so the view was exceptional, and it was just a quick walk across the road to explore the beach. Sammie, who checked us in, was very friendly and most helpful. All in all, an experience we’d happily repeat.

Stayed here for the night and it was actually quite peaceful. Only thing is , is if you book through Expedia, expect to pay when you get here because it’s just a reservation not the actual booking fee. Besides it being a bit dirty under the bed and the old sock from whoever stayed there before it was decent. Beautiful right across the beach and quiet in the morning.
