Con:
When booking room a total price is confirmed, in writing, by Expedia. Then, upon arrival an extra “discretionary item” cost is added to the price. This increases the total price by several hundred dollars. If customers verbally state they don't want this discretionary cost the hotel should not charge it up-front.
Parking for guests during the 4 pm to 8 pm daily time period. Very poor. Not enough spaces for hotel guests as restaurant/bar customers take over parking, leaving hotel guests being told they can park on the road, or trying to squeeze medium to large vehicles into “small car” spaces, if available.
Deferred maintenance: quite noticeable in room. Scratches on cabinets. Worn-out furniture. Noticeable stains (coffee and other) on carpets. Water/flood damage to inside/bottom of bathroom door. Moss build-up under balcony railing. Balcony plants need TLC.
No 'usb' ports.
TV: outdated. No ability to adjust quality of settings.
Missing drapery hook. Can't close curtain completely.
