“Things we loved: the view was phenomenal! Loved our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony. Good use of space. Comfy bed and lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Lots of towels etc.The grounds are very well maintained. Pool and bbq area are great. Vanessa communicates well through direct messaging not Vrbo.Things we didn’t love: apartment needs some tlc and updating but does not affect the overall experience…and the carpets need to go lol Would we stay here again? Yes we……

“The room was very small, enough for a queen bed a narrow walk space on two sides and a counter/sink and dorm fridge. No chairs or table inside. Used AC unit fan at night since ceiling fan was noisy. Nice deck with picnic table but ability to use it was limited as it was often wet from daily rains. The outdoor shower and toilet was a different experience We thought It was closer to sharks cove than it was(thought we could walk there). Nice neighborhood but the road up to it was narrow and windy……

“The property is the back house behind the hosts’ home. It still offered privacy and the host family is amazing. We felt safe and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. If you want to explore the North Shore this is a perfect job as everything is close and easy to get to. Waimea Bay, Haliewa, Sharks Coves, Dole Plantation, Kaena Point all within a short drive. We went to the local beach for sunset every night and it was less than a 10 minute drive. ”

“This van was amazing to rent and travel in! Check in and return process were super streamlined and thorough, really appreciated the owners walking through all the features in person and being flexible with checkout location. There are lots of quirks that come with an older vehicle, like no ac and a bit slower highway speeds. But these were expected and the small fan plus window vents made nights sleeping even in pretty warm temperatures doable, much better when there was a breeze. And we were……
