“This property was perfect for our group of 5. The lake and dock offered alot of fun for our crew!The views of the mountains were incredible.We hope to be back to Big Lake Heaven Retreat some day soon!I would reccomend staying here.”

“I almost don't want to leave a review to keep this place a secret but its worth sharing. The location is quiet which is what we wanted but being on the lake there's lots to do.The owners were onsite and very respectful our of time but they are also very kind and sweet.The kitchen is well stocked that we were able to prepare family meals. We didn't have to worry about not having an essential cooking tool. Did i mention this was our second time staying, we knew we wanted to come back last visit……

“What a wonderful discovery! We were lucky to come across this place at the last minute while traveling for my nephew’s wedding. The property exceeded our expectations — the house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay. We all had the chance to enjoy the lake, making it the ideal spot to unwind.Scott was incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. He was a fantastic host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll absolutely stay here……

“How was clean and tidy, plenty of space for everyone and in a great location if you want to get away.”

“Very nice apartment. The fresh eggs the first day was a nice treat. If I were to nitpick, the bedroom door did not completely close but other than that the stay was great. The host was helpful even letting us know about a Moose in the area, he came and walked through the yard our last day. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Amazing property surrounded by nature. Very private and quiet. Close to Hatcher Pass so you can recreate like the locals but still have easy access to the highway. Very clean with comfortable couches and beds. Well maintained. Closest grocery stores are in Wasilla so make sure you stop on the way in if coming from the south. ”
