“Traveling - it's about 1.5 hours from the Chiang Rai City and way up the hill. Not so hard to find the location but a good vehicle is suggested since the slope is quite high and have to cross the water at a point. Host - Very caring and attentive to details. Leave you with the place with privacy and also have good support all along. Of course good in English and no need to worry about the communications. Scenery - absolutely stunning! See clouds in the morning and beautiful Chiang Rai city……

“Basic motel style but no twin rooms, the price at the place was 600baht for a single and 1200 for a double so we asked to change to 2 singles, which caused mayhem and we kept being put on the phone to someone who spoke English but still said we’d have to pay extra, eventually the lady took us to a suitable room but no top sheets and the bedcover was filthy. The shower was great though and bathroom clean, no bedside lights.”

“Absolutely amazing property and a perfect size for 3 of us (it does fit more). The owner is really lovely and very helpful. Nice relaxing area, brilliant views and sounds of the wildlife. The area would be better with a car but its accessible by grab too which is how we managed it as a family of three :D A microwave in the room would be a really good addition. “The room was clean and well appointed, nice shower and bed, so no complaints there. We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. The “Mountain View” is literally a view to the top of one mountain, otherwise you look over grass to a few banana trees blocking the view. The front desk closes at 8 and they are the ones that give out WiFi codes,……
