“We stayed for a night for the temple Darshan at Thirunallar. Hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the temple. Property surrounded by lot of greeneries with string lights in the night give a beautiful holiday vibe. Very calm and peaceful. Rooms were tastefully done with modern and clean look. Bathroom was updated and very clean as well. Rain head shower and hot water availability was the best. We had a good nights rest after a long drive. The breakfast buffet was very good……

“We checked in early morning there was no coffee maker in the room when we asked for coffee we were informed that coffee won’t be available for half an hour For a hotel which charges such tariffs not having coffee and milk sachets is really surprising ”

“I did book 2 King Size Beds which can accomodate 6 people. I want a big room and seprate for my kid to have a bed to sleep. They saw me checkin with 3 member family and gave me small room.Hotel Team started convincing me that it's attached 2 beds and nothing different. But when I booked and paid for a room 2 king size beds then Why would I settle for a small Room. Finally in wake of wasting my time I settled to a small room. But this wasnt right as per my rights and Hotel bad practice they……

“NON PROFESSIONAL RECEPTION, WAS FORMER NICE HOTEL, NOW UNDER FULL RENOVATION/RECONSTRUCTION! BUT NICE MANAGER, NICE DIALOGUES, KINDLY GAVE ME LATE CHECKOUT FOR FREE, COMFORTABLE MATRESS, OVERALL ALL GOOD!”

“It’s ok for budget and the restaurant serves decent food in this area . There was no hot water and towel rack was falling from wall . Shower gel was a small bar of soap and shampoo was a small capsule . Location is good ”
