This gorgeously constructed cottage includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. The house is beautiful, inside and out, views of the harbor are stunning... just off the beaten path but certainly walking distance to town. Had an issue with the freezer alarm and prompt attention provided. Never have been to Nantucket and we had a great time... look forward to returning!!

My family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our needs and the location was fantastic! We walked to town every day and enjoyed the water views from the home . Everything was clean and comfortable. The home had all the things we needed for our stay and very thought out for guests. We appreciated the parking spot for our car and the backyard was a great little space as well. Theresa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful home in the perfect location! Easy 5 minute walk to town center and all the main shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable! The fresh flowers were a nice touch. We loved staying here and would definitely look to book here again on future trips!

Confirmation email claimed a code would be sent day of check in and that check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 5:30PM and still no code was recieved. We fumbled thru the email to find the contact phone number only to have it ring, ring, ring, & go to voice mail. REALLY? So we peeked into the apartment and saw a phone number for the cleaning lady! We had to call her to let us in. What a joke! I've had 3 rental properties in Costa Rica for 15 years, I know the drill, these people CLEARLY do not! Nice property but horrible check in procedure makes this property WAY OVER priced. Look elsewhere folks unless you want to be stranded like we were! ARGGGG 😡😡😡
