Great communication via text (so much better than having to call) and we took advantage of the restaurants, coffee shop (both fantastic), & having a full kitchen inside of the unit was so great. The only negative is that our hot water was out for a day so we had cold showers, but the maintenance team fixed it quickly.”

“The room was as described with a large bathroom. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. I was told a keurig coffee maker was in the unit but there was only a drip coffee maker, which was fine. The pull out sofa came in handy when our friends decided to join us last minute and were unable to find availability elsewhere. The resort was within perfect location to downtown for Bottlerock.
